What the instructor sees when viewing WeBWorK is necessarily different from what the student sees. For example, instructors always have the option to view answers to homework problems, while students can't view them until after the Answer Date. If you want to know exactly how your course looks to your students, you might create an ad hoc student account.

1. From the Classlist Editor, add a student.
2. The only necessary fields are the Login Name and the Student ID, though you may wish to add a Last Name and a First Name for your own convenience.
3. The initial password for this ad hoc account will be whatever you enter in the Student ID field.
4. You can then log in to WeBWorK using this username and password to see exactly what students see.
