A default message is shown to all users on the login page. You can change this message by changing the file login_info.txt.

A different message is shown after logging in. You can change this message by changing the file course_info.txt.

To edit these files, go to the File Manager, select the file, and click edit. Despite the .txt extension, these files can include standard HTML tags.
