== To give a student credit for a particular problem ==

  - From the Homework Sets Editor, click on the fraction in the "Edit Assigned Users" column corresponding to the assignment.
  - Click on "Edit data for _____" for the appropriate student.
  - Find the problem for which you want to give credit; change the "status" to 1 for correct, 0 for incorrect, or any decimal between 0 and 1 for partial credit.

== To give a student extra attempts for a particular problem ==

  - From the Homework Sets Editor, click on the fraction in the "Edit Assigned Users" column corresponding to the assignment.
  - Click on "Edit data for _____" for the appropriate student.
  - Find the problem for which you want to give credit; select the box next to "Max attempts" and enter a new number in the text field. The number below the field tells you how many attempts the student has used so far.
